2. Accuracy of Product Information & Natural Variations

Our products — including A2 Gir Cow Ghee, Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil, Dry Fruits, and Raw Honey — are 100% natural and handcrafted in small agricultural batches. Because we use no chemical bleaches, artificial colourings, or stabilisers, subtle variations in natural golden colour, aroma, grain texture, and seasonal viscosity are normal and represent the true mark of artisanal authenticity.

3. Pricing & Billing

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to revise product prices at any time without prior notice; however, such adjustments will not affect confirmed orders already placed.

4. Payment Terms & Razorpay Integration

We accept online payments through Razorpay (Cards, UPI, NetBanking, Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD). By submitting a payment instruction through Razorpay, you confirm that you are legally authorised to use the selected payment method. Govan cannot be held liable for transactions declined due to banking network or verification failures.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand marks, logos, product photographs, text content, packaging illustrations, and graphics on this website are the intellectual property of Govan Natural Foods and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
